(d) The Annual Report of the Company for the period 2008-09 was sent to the complainant’s email ID and a physical copy of the same was also sent to the Complainant’s address on 1st April 2011. The Annual Report for the year 2009- 10 were yet to be placed by the Company before the AGM.

SHOW CAUSE NOTICE, REPLYAND HEARING Show Cause Notice dated October 29, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘SCN’) was issued to the Noticee under the provisions of Rule 4 of the Adjudication Rules to show cause as to why an inquiry should not be held against the Noticee in terms of Rule 4 of the Adjudication Rules read with Section 15 I of the SEBI Act and penalty be not imposed under the provisions of Section 15 C of the SEBI Act for the failure on the part of the Noticee to redress the complaint of Ms.MeenuAnand.It was alleged in the SCN that the Noticee has failed to redress the complaint of Ms.MeenuAnand within the time specified and thereby violated the provisions of Section 15 C of the SEBI Act. The copies of the documents relied upon in the SCN were also provided to the Noticee along with the SCN. The SCN was issued to the Noticee by Speed post with Acknowledgement Due and the same was also served on the Noticee on October 31, 2012. However, no reply to the SCN was received from the Noticee.
