under Section 11(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with the provisions of Regulations 14(6) and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, to protect the interests of investors in securities market and to promote the development of, and to regulate the securities market. This circular is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
