A Show Cause Noticee (hereinafter referred to as ’SCN’) dated May 21, 2008 under Rule 4 of the Adjudicating Rules was issued to the Noticee by the undersigned, asking it to show the cause as to why an enquiry should not be conducted against him and penalty, as prescribed be not imposed under Section 15HA of SEBI Act for its violation of the provisions of Regulation 4(1), 4(2) (a) and 4(2) (e) of PFUTP Regulations. However, the said SCN was returned as undelivered. Subsequently, the SCN was duly delivered through ‘Register Post with A/D” at the available address. The acknowledgement for the said SCN is available on record. The Noticee did not file any reply to the SCN.
