The notice of hearing was served on the Noticee by affixing the same at its address at ’4th Floor, Room No. 65, 2 B, Grant Lane, Kolkata-700 012’ on February 01, 2010, as is appearing from the Affixture Report available on record. The Noticee has failed to appear before me for the said personal hearing on the scheduled date.
