Page 2 of 7 2000. The Noticee is a broker of CSE and also a Director of the company BPS Securities Pvt Ltd, member NSE. 3. On examining the records of the case, it is understood that on February 18, 2005, the then Chairman of SEBI Shri. G N Bajpai, had passed an order under Section 11 and 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 44 of the Takeover Regulations, 1997, against Shri D K Singhania directing him to dissociate himself from the capital market for a period of one year.
