We also informed the NCD holders present in the meeting about our action plan to tide over this situation and repayment plan of their interest and redemption of NCD dues to them. (c) Please note that company is going through a major financial crisis and therefore persistent default in payment of redemption of NCD, its quarterly interest, Public Deposits, Creditors and the Term Lenders had occurred. The performance of the company is expected to improve and we are working for garnering funds in the next few months time and stay within the line of your requirement regulations. Till such time, we request you to kindly grant us time and not to initiate any action with regard to the above matter.
