The SCN was issued through Speed Post Acknowledgement Due (SPAD) at the address, Harvic Management Services India Ltd Radical House, 1st Flr, Off S V Road, Govindji Compound, Andheri (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058, as available from website of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the same was returned undelivered by the Postal Department with remarks, “Addressee Moved / Left”. Therefore, once again SCN was served to the Noticee through SPAD at the address, Harvic Management Services India Ltd, A/29, Nand Dham Industrial Estate, 2nd Floor, Marol Maroshi Road, Marol Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai -400059, as available from website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs under head of Company Master Data, which was duly delivered to the Noticee on February 19, 2016.
