SHOW CAUSE NOTICE, REPLY AND HEARING: 3. Subsequently, a Show Cause Notice dated October 13, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as, “the SCN”) was issued to the Noticee calling upon to show cause as to why suitable directions under Sections 11, 11(4A), 11B(1) and 11B(2) of the SEBI Act, 1992 should not be issued against him for the alleged violations of provisions of the Takeover Regulations.
