SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA CORRIGENDUM CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED DECEMBER 29, 2023 BEARING REFERENCE NUMBER QJA/AA/WRO/WRO/29946/2023-24 IN THE MATTER OF STAR INDIA MARKET RESEARCH – PROPRIETOR MR. DHARMENDRA KUMAR (SEBI REGISTRATION NO. INA000003627) UNDER SECTION 12(3) OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ACT, 1992 AND UNDER REGULATION 27 OF THE SEBI (INTERMEDIARIES) REGULATIONS, 2008

1. Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has passed a Final Order dated December 29, 2023 bearing reference number QJA/AA/WRO/WRO/29946/2023-24 in the matter of Star India Market Research – Proprietor Mr. Dharmendra Kumar (SEBI Registration No. INA000003627).

2. It may be noted that the PAN captured in the said order has been inadvertently mentioned as “AJZPL1369K” instead of “AJZPL7369K”.
