The Noticee was also called upon to show cause as to why inquiry should not be held against them in terms of Rule 4 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995 and penalty be not imposed upon Noticee under Section 11(4A), 11B(2) read with Section 15EB of the SEBI Act, 1992 for the alleged violations.
