In respect of unregistered portfolio management services by Allied Financial Services Private Ltd. Page 2 of 58 2. Accordingly, SEBI had initiated an investigation to examine whether the agreements entered into between the Allied Group entities and the Dalmia Group entities were in the nature of portfolio management services and whether the Allied Group entities had acted as unregistered portfolio managers in violation of the provisions of the SEBI Act, 1992 and SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 1993.
In respect of unregistered portfolio management services by Allied Financial Services Private Ltd. Page 3 of 58 have been initiated. The SCN has also sought to impose directions for this violation.
