Adjudication Order in the matter of Biocon Ltd., Page 2 of 23 Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 {hereinafter referred to as “SEBI (PIT) Regulations”} by the Noticees 1 & 2 with regard to the transaction of the Noticee 1 reported by the Noticee 2 i.e., Biocon. The period of examination was from January 1, 2019 to January 26, 2019, i.e., when the trading window was closed by the Compliance Officer of Biocon on account of declaration of quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2018, which were announced on January 24, 2019.
