Page 2 of 11 extended loans to a group of connected entities who in turn indulged in manipulative and fraudulent trading in the scrip of CDIL with the money received from the Noticee. The Noticee allegedly aided and abetted the said entities in creation of artificial volume and spurt in the price of CDIL by engaging in synchronized/reversal trades. The Noticee also failed to comply with the summons issued by the investigating authority.

All the loans they have given to the said entities were received back with interest. They have not traded in the scrip of Classic Diamond (India) Ltd. nor do they have any relation with the Company or its promoters.
