Noticee thus dealt in the scrip of KCL in fraudulent manner by adopting a modus operendi whereby shares were transferred to connected entities for offloading the same in the market which created a misleading appearance of trading in scrip of KCL. Noticee was thus alleged to have violated abovementioned provisions of PFUTP Regulations.
