Page 3 of 17 Annexure D to the SCN. Further, the Noticee is connected to these entities as the off-market details received from the Depository (Annexure E to the SCN) indicates that his telephone number is the same as that of many counterparties.

Investigations have further revealed that the said group of connected entities (including the Noticee) were also involved in 62 structured trades among themselves with a total traded volume of 2972551 shares accounting for 3.49% of gross market traded quantity wherein buy and sell order rates and quantities were same and time difference between buy and sell orders was less than 1 minute. The details of the same were reflected in Annexure 7 to the SCN. These connected entities were also observed to be involved in 243 trades which were executed at a price difference of 0.5% or more than the last traded price or last closing price as shown in Annexure 8 to the SCN. The synchronized trades executed by you in this manner are given in Annexure C to the SCN.
