Page 2 of 6 to launder money. It was observed that Aki Investments Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as ‘Jaydeep Barter Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Noticee’), had traded in the scrip of RFSL in the above manner.

Ltd. transacted in the scrip resulting in artificial price rise and false appearance of trading in the scrip, and thereby violated Regulations 4 (2) (a) and 4 (2) (e) of the PFUTP Regulations. The Noticee submitted a written reply vide its letter dated March 19, 2008 and denied all the allegations.
