Page 4 of 11 8. The Ajit Suryavanshi group has executed synchronized/structured trades with one Vishvas Kohli Group. The two groups have traded amongst themselves for 4,66,591 shares of VTL in 578 trades accounting for 10.96% of the traded volume during the pre-split period and for 22,87,840 shares in 1793 trades accounting for 6.21% of the traded volume during post split period. The abovementioned trades were synchronized / structured in nature. It was also alleged that some buy and sell orders were placed within 60 seconds of each other. Orders for 2,57,724 shares during pre-split period and 10,63,745 shares during post – split period were structured i.e. order quantity and order rates of buy and sell orders were identical. The details of same were provided to the Noticee as an Annexure 5 and 6 to the SCN. During pre-split period, the Noticee bought and sold 1, 39,969 shares out of which trades for 7419 shares were synchronized/structured in nature. During post-split period Noticee bought and sold 65, 21,669 shares out of which trades for 6,65,853 shares were synchronized/structured in nature.
