Page 3 of 9 considered the request of the Noticee and in the interest of natural justice another opportunity of personal hearing was granted to the Noticee at Ahmedabad on November 11, 2011. The Noticee however, did not appear before me on the said date nor made any correspondence in this regard. I am of the view that sufficient opportunity to meet the ends of natural justice has been given to the Noticee and I am proceeding the matter on the basis of material available on record.
