The noticee entered both buy and sell orders in his own terminals at the same price and quantity within a gap of few seconds. The trades executed by the noticee were cross deals/synchronized in nature. The broker has traded 83.81% (2,32,442 shares) of his trading volume from his self account, out of which, in 83.80% (2,32,420 shares) transactions where broker himself is the counter party and transacted in self account. The broker entered 32 transactions from the self account, where in one side, it placed buy order and on the other side it placed the sell order.
