SHOW CAUSE NOTICE, REPLY AND PERSONAL HEARING 6. Show Cause Notice (hereinafter to be referred to as “SCN”) dated May 8, 2006 was issued against the Noticee under Rule 4(1) of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter to be referred to as “Adjudication Rules”), calling upon him to show cause why inquiry should not be held against him under Rule 4(3) of the Adjudication Rules for violation of sections 11(3) and 11C(6) of the Act. The SCN returned undelivered with the remark “left”.
