Adjudication Order in respect of Om Prakash Shukla in the matter of Kedia Distilleries Ltd. Page 2 of 6 January 12, 2010 viz., Mahendra Singh Verma, Ramakant Shukla and Om Prakash Shukla (hereinafter referred to as “Noticee”) on 25.12.2003. The factory was found to be closed. On inquiry, it was informed by the security guard that the factory has been closed for the last 4-5 years and that the management of the Company (in particular Ramakant Shukla, Director of the Company in whose name summons was issued) presently sits at the factory premises of the group company Kedia Castle Delleon Industries Ltd. at Village Khapri, Kedia Nagar, Kumhari, District- Durg, PIN-490042.

Page 4 of 6 January 12, 2010 This SCN was affixed at the same address wherein the summons was affixed by an Officer of the Investigation Department of SEBI on April 11, 2005 and the report of affixture of the SCN prepared by the Officer is present on record. Signature of the constable who accompanied the Officer in affixing the SCN was taken on the copy of the SCN as witness. Further a photograph of the SCN affixed at the said premises was also taken. Both these evidences are present on record.
