Adjudication Order in respect of Ramakant Shukla in the matter of Kedia Distilleries Ltd. Page 2 of 11 April 28, 2010 viz., Mahendra Singh Verma, Ramakant Shukla (hereinafter referred to as “Noticee”) and Om Prakash Shukla on 25.12.2003. The factory was found to be closed. On inquiry, it was informed by the security guard that the factory has been closed for the last 4-5 years and that the management of the Company (in particular Noticee, Director of the Company in whose name summons was issued) presently sits at the factory premises of the group company Kedia Castle Delleon Industries Ltd. at Village Khapri, Kedia Nagar, Kumhari, District- Durg, PIN-490042.

Signature of the constable who accompanied the Officer in affixing the SCN was taken on the copy of the SCN as witness. Further a photograph of the SCN affixed at the said premises was also taken. Both these evidences are present on record.
