Adjudication Order in the matter of Nirav Pandya (Proprietor of Fair Brokerage) Page 2 of 13 4/23/2009 refereed to as “GBL”) and NCJ Share & Stock Brokers Limited (hereinafter referred to as “NCJ”) had concentration of 25.88% and 12.16% in gross purchases respectively. GBL & NCJ had concentration of 30.01% and 13.74% in gross sales respectively.

On considering the facts of the case, the then Adjudicating Officer i.e. Shri D. Sura Reddy decided to conduct an inquiry in the matter and the noticee was granted an opportunity of personal hearing and accordingly was advised to attend the hearing on December 4, 2007 but the noticee failed to appear on the said date and vide letter dated December 3, 2007 sought fresh date for hearing.
