The Noticee was granted an opportunity to be heard before the undersigned on July 29, 2010. The Noticee attended the hearing and submitted that he had already made an application under the consent scheme of SEBI. He also stated that he had nothing more to add to his reply dated January 11, 2010, except that he had not audited the financial statements of Tripex Overseas Ltd. for the financial year 2006-07 and onwards and that no one had contacted him from the company till date. Thereafter it was conveyed to the noticee that the matter could not be settled in accordance with the terms proposed by it and the proceedings against the Noticee were recommenced.
