Adjudication Order in respect of Shri. Paresh R Shah Page 3 of 14 9/18/2009 required documents /information in response to summons issued under Section 11(3) & 11C(3) of the SEBI Act, 1992.

Paresh R Shah Page 4 of 14 9/18/2009 premises and in due deference I had remained present before the investigating authority and replied to all the questions posed before me and furnished the information as was available me at that point of time. (b) However, at present, as referred to in your Notice, I intend to avail the process of Consent and therefore will make the consent application accordingly. In the meantime you are requested to keep in abeyance the present proceedings till the fate of my Consent Application is decided by the Board.
