Sura Reddy was appointed as Adjudicating Officer vide order dated March 12, 2008 under Rule 3 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred as ‘said Rules’) to enquire into and adjudge upon the alleged violations committed by Canfin Homes Limited. Pursuant to the transfer of D. Sura Reddy, I was appointed as Adjudicating Officer vide order dated December 10, 2008.
