The Noticee vide it reply letter dated 17.03.2016 submitted as under: “With respect to non-compliance to obtain SCORES authentication by Alchemie Organics Limited, we refer to our earlier letter vide no AIL/B32/2016/039 dated 22.01.2016 send/ addressed to the, Adjudicating Officer, SEBI wherein we have informed that erstwhile Alchemie Organics Limited (AOL) got merged with Aarti Industries Limited (AIL) upon filing of the order passed by High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 18.02.2002 and Bombay High court on 28.02.2002. Copy of the Roc Form 21 and Order of Bombay High Court is enclosed herewith for your reference.
