Page 2 of 14 2. Investigations revealed that Ms. Abhilash and Mr. Aditya were trading along with 3 investment companies namely Amar Investments Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “Amar”), Rishra Investments Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “Rishra”) and Shibir India Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “Shibir”) and one related entity Ms. Shakuntala D. Wadhwa Sharma (hereinafter referred as “Shakuntala”) on a consistent basis. It was also observed that both Aditya and Abhilash had dealt in the securities through sub-broker Bhagwati Prasad Lohiya. The trades by Aditya and Abhilash, have been conducted on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) through the same broker and sub-broker. By allowing such trades, the sub-broker is alleged to have violated provisions of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992 (hereinafter referred to as “Broker Regulations”).
