Show Cause Notice dated July 03, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as “SCN”) was issued to the Noticee under rule 4(1) of the Rules to show cause as to why an inquiry should not be held against the Noticee and penalty be not imposed on the Noticee under section 15A (b) of SEBI Act for the alleged violation specified in the said SCN. The SCN was acknowledged by the Noticee on July 06, 2009 as per the acknowledgement card received. The Noticee vide her letter dated July 23, 2009 authorized Mr. Deendayal Sharda and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharda to represent her and do all necessary acts, deeds and things as they may consider necessary and expedient in relation thereto and file any other documents/papers/reply incidental or ancillary in the subject matter of these proceedings .
