In all, 70,78,108 shares have been transacted off-market amongst the entities in question. Amar Premchand Walmiki (“AW/Noticee”) was also one of the entities who had undertaken off market transfer in the shares of IPSE.

The said SCN was returned undelivered with a marking “Not Known”. An attempt to deliver the SCN was made by hand delivery, but that too returned undelivered. The SCN was then affixed at the same address of the Noticee. Interestingly, the Noticee replied vide letter dated July 25, 2011 indicating that his address was the same one from where the SCN was returned and then affixed.
