Adjudication order in respect of M/s Chisel & Hammer (Model) Limited April 29, 2013 Page 2 of 5 afore-mentioned circular dated August 13, 2012. Thereafter, SEBI issued an advertisement dated October 6, 2012 in the newspaper in respect of the companies, including the Noticee, whose securities were traded on the stock exchange during August 2012, and advised the companies to get SCORES authentication within 7 days of the advertisement. However, it was noted by SEBI that the Noticee failed to obtain SCORES authentication as advised.
