Acceding to the request, the scanned copy of the SCN was emailed to Noticee on December 28, 2010. Noticee vide an email dated Jan 13, 2011 acknowledged the receipt of the notice, informed about the change of its address and further informed that it wishes to avail of the consent proceedings in the matter.
