I find from the records that, the aforesaid SCN was issued to the Noticee at the last known address of the Noticee at 10, Bora Masjid Street, Modi House, 4th Floor, Mumbai-400 001 through Registered AD but the same was returned undelivered with remark “Not claimed hence RTS”. Another attempt was made to deliver the SCN to the Noticee through Pilot Credit Capital Ltd., Member BSE (hereinafter referred to as “PCCL”) of whose, Noticee was a client vide letter dated May 17, 2007. PCCL vide its letter dated June 12, 2007 informed that they had sent the SCN at the address available in their records, however, the same was returned undelivered with remark “the person named in letter not residing at the address”.
