The undersigned has been appointed as Adjudicating Officer vide order dated September 23, 2004 under section 15 I of the SEBI Act read with rule 3 of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Rules’) to inquire into and adjudge under section 15A(b) of the SEBI Act.

In the above circumstances, no hearing with regard to the adjudication proceedings could take place. Further, as of date the Noticee has not come back with any information with regard to filing of his consent application in the matter.
