The undersigned has been appointed as Adjudicating Officer vide order dated December 15, 2009 under section 15 I of the SEBI Act read with rule 3 of the SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Rules’) to inquire into and adjudge the alleged violations of provisions of the PFUTP Regulations.

However, the same was without any ulterior motive and was with the sole aim of earning some profits on my investments.

In view of the position explained above, you would kindly appreciate that being a small investor, I have not violated at any stage instead of any return on my investment rather I have suffered a loss of Rs.34,912.80 Ps in trading of script of M/s Shree Global Tradefin Ltd.
