I find from the records that, the aforesaid SCN was issued to the Noticee at 60-1, Upper Level, Nalanda Complex, Near Mansi Complex, Prem Chand Nagar Road, Satelite, Ahmedabad – 380 015. The SCN was returned undelivered with remark “Left”. The SCN was reissued through FMS Securities Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “FMS”),Broker BSE through whom the Noticee has traded in the scrip of KRBL on May 09, 2007. The Noticee vide letter dated nil received on May 18, 2007 requested for 30 to 40 days time for the submission of the reply.
