Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as “SEBI”) conducted investigation in trading in the scrip of M/s S.J.Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘SJCL/Company’) which was listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as ‘BSE’). The period of investigation in the scrip of SJCL was from March 18, 2008 to October 01, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as "investigation period" ).
