Adjudication Order against 7 entities in the matter of M/s Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd. in respect of its GDR issue Page 3 of 121 Penalties) Rules, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as “SCRA Adjudication Rules”) to inquire into and adjudge under section 15HA of the SEBI Act,1992 and under section 23E of SCRA, 1956 (Noticee no. 1) respectively, for the aforesaid violations alleged to have been committed by the Noticees vide communication order dated February 27, 2019. Thereafter, upon transfer of Mr. K Sarvanan, Mr. Parag Basu was appointed as the Adjudicating Officer. Thereafter, upon transfer of Mr. Parag Basu, undersigned has been appointed as the Adjudicating Officer in the present matter vide communication order dated March 10, 2022.
