APPOINTMENT OF ADJUDICATING OFFICER 2. Ms. Rachna Anand was appointed as the Adjudicating Officer under section 15I of the SEBI Act read with rule 3 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Adjudication Rules’) to inquire into and adjudge under section 15HA of the SEBI Act,1992 for the alleged violation of the provisions of section 12A (a), 12A (b) and 12A (c) of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulations 3(a), 3(b), 3(c), 3(d) and 4(1) of SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations, 2003. Thereafter, upon transfer of Ms. Rachna Anand, Mr. Jeevan Sonparote was appointed as the Adjudicating Officer. Thereafter, upon transfer of Mr. Jeevan Sonparote, Mr. Sahil Malik was appointed as the Adjudicating Officer. Subsequent to the transfer of Mr. Sahil Malik, I have been appointed as the Adjudicating Officer in the present matter vide order dated August 09, 2019
