Adjudication Order in the matter of Best Agrolife Limited Page 2 of 100 ascertain whether there was any violation of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (hereinafter referred to as ‘SEBI Act, 1992’) and/or SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as ‘PFUTP Regulations') by certain entities while trading in the scrip of BAL.
