In the matter of Vandana Knitwear Limited Page 2 of 13 2. It was observed from the website of BSE Limited (hereinafter referred to as “BSE”) that Noticees were the promoters of the target company in the Financial Year 2019-20 and were holding 1.78 % and 3.18% shareholding, respectively.

Based on the findings by SEBI, Show Cause Notice(s) dated October 14, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as 'SCN') was issued to the Noticees under Rule 4(1) of the Adjudication Rules to show cause as to why an inquiry should not be held and penalty be not imposed on them under section 15A(b) of SEBI Act for the alleged violation of the provisions of SAST Regulations.
