Page 4 of 10 b) He duly followed the company’s Code of Conduct and regulations prescribed under the PIT Regulations in the aforesaid period. c) He was not holding any unpublished price sensitive information at the time of the impugned transactions. d) He does not come under the category of “designated persons” or “persons having access to UPSI and does not require pre-clearance for trading. e) At the time of trading, there was no intention to violate the PIT Regulations or Titan’s Code of Conduct. f) Traded amount exceeds the limit of Rs. 10 lakhs as transactions are done in the intraday category and the sum of buy value and sale value is considered as traded amount.
