The aforesaid SCN was sent to the Noticee via Speed Post Acknowledgement Due (SPAD) and via email dated July 30, 2021 on the email id as available on record. It is noted from the available record that the SCN sent through SPAD was delivered to the Noticee on August 06, 2021 as checked from the website of the India Post. Further, it is noted that the SCN sent through e-mail was delivered to the Noticee as the said e-mail did not bounce back. It is also noted from the aforesaid SCN that the Noticee was granted 14 days from the receipt of the SCN to submit his reply to the SCN. However, no response to the SCN was submitted by the Noticee in this regard.
