Adjudication order in respect of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. in the matter of Nalanda India Ltd. Page 2 of 28 Investors) Regulations, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as FPI Regulations, 2014), SEBI (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as FPI Regulations, 2019) and SEBI (Custodian) Regulations, 1996. Accordingly, SEBI initiated adjudication proceedings against the Noticee.
