Page 2 of 45 investigation, it is alleged that Pankaj Piyush Trade and Investments Limited (hereinafter referred to as Noticee 1) and its Directors namely, Mr. Vinod Kumar Bansal (hereinafter referred to as Noticee 2), Ms. Renu Bansal (hereinafter referred to as Noticee 3), Ms. Seema Mangal (hereinafter referred to as Noticee 4), Mr. Ankit Agarwal (hereinafter referred to as Noticee 5) and Ms. Radha Agarwal (hereinafter referred to as Noticee 6), (hereinafter referred to collectively as you / Noticees’) disseminated misleading information to investors, thereby inducing other investors to act upon those information and trade in the shares. In view of the above, adjudication proceedings were initiated against the Noticees under the provisions of section 15HA of the SEBI Act, 1992, for the alleged violation of the provisions of section 12A(a), (b), (c) of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with (r/w) regulations 3(a), 3(b), 3(c), 3(d), 4(2)(a), 4(2)(f) and 4(2)(r) of PFUTP Regulations, 2003.
