Adjudication Order in respect of Mobonair Wireless Private Limited in the matter of Thirani Projects Limited Page 2 of 17 Investigation Period/IP). The Company is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE). Pursuant to the investigation, it was observed that Mobonair Wireless Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as Noticee) failed to reply to the summon and therefore, adjudication proceedings were initiated against the Noticee under section 15A(a) of the the SEBI Act, 1992 for the violation of the provisions of sections 11C(3) read with (r/w) 11C(2) of the SEBI Act, 1992 by the Noticee.
