Adjudication Order In the matter of trading activities in the scrip of Swan Energy Limited Page 2 of 48 January 01, 2015 to March 05, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “Investigation Period / IP”) examining the trading activity in the scrip. On the basis of investigation conducted by SEBI, it was inter-alia alleged that 13 Noticees have violated the provisions of regulations 12A(a), (b), (c) of SEBI Act, 1992 r/w Regulation 3 (a), (b), (c), (d), 4 (1), 4 (2) (a) & (g) of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “PFUTP Regulations”).In view of the same, adjudication proceedings was initiated against the 13 entities under Section 15HA of the SEBI Act, 1992 for alleged violations of regulations 12A(a), (b), (c) of SEBI Act, 1992 r/w Regulation 3 (a), (b), (c), (d), 4 (1), 4 (2) (a) & (g) of PFUTP Regulations
