Adjudication Order in respect of various entities in the matter of Rutron International Ltd. Page 2 of 64 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Investigation Period / IP'). During investigation, it was observed that the company had, prior to the investigation period, allotted 98,50,000 shares and 77,10,000 shares of Rs.10/- per share on preferential basis at its face value on December 05, 2011 & March 01, 2012 respectively and the said shares were under lock-in for the period of one year. Investigation observed that 10,23,62,427 shares were traded in 33,479 trades over a period of 568 trading days during the investigation period with an average daily traded volume of 1,80,215 shares. The price of the scrip opened at Rs.5.25/- on May 03, 2012, and reached a high of Rs.270/- on March 22, 2013. The scrip had recorded highest closing price of Rs. 269.70/- on September 10, 2013 and thereafter, price of scrip went down and closed at Rs.7.30/- on November 28, 2014.
