Adjudication Order in the matter of Pritam Prabodh Deuskar, Research Analyst Page 2 of 15 communicated to the Noticee by SEBI vide letter dated October 03, 2024. In response to the findings in the Inspection Report, the Noticee submitted his reply vide e-mail dated October 17, 2024. After the receipt of the reply to the Inspection Report, a Post Inspection Analysis report (hereinafter referred to as ‘PIA’) was prepared.
