Since KLL did not file application for trading approval for the abovementioned equity shares till date, BSE did not issue trading notice for the said 88,55,000 shares, and trading in the securities of KLL was suspended w.e.f. October 18, 2016. iv. As per letters dated February 15, 2019 and February 18, 2019 received from Central Depository Services Ltd. (“CDSL”) and National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”) respectively, the said shares were credited to the beneficial owners’ account with lock-in upto January 11, 2013, and credit under lock-in was given under the same ISIN as the normal shares. Upon expiry of lock-in, shares were moved from “lock-in balance” to “free balance” under the same ISIN. v. Despite no intimation being received from the BSE with respect to trading approval for shares allotted on preferential basis on January 11, 2012, the shares were debited from the demat account of the preferential allottees on account of sale on the exchange platform beginning from January 14, 2013. vi. As informed by BSE, out of 41 allottees, 33 allottees sold their allotted shares either fully/partly without KLL having approached BSE for seeking trading permission.
